Avv. Pietro Alosi graduated in Law at the University of Palermo, he was admitted to the Bar in 1991 and qualified as Supreme Court Counsel in 2003. In 1996 was elected as Member of the Bar Council of Palermo, of which he is the incumbent Secretary.
Avv. Alosi is specialized in Banking Law, in particular, he was one of the first lawyers in Italy to practice the pre-emptive evidence interim measure (Article 696 Civil Procedural Rules) in Banking Law to settle disputes on compound and usurary interests. He is member of Italian Football League Sports Law Tribunal for disputes under Article 4 Law no. 91/1981 (disputes between clubs, managers and professionals). He is based in Milan.
Avv. Alosi has also several years of experience in defensive proceedings for prevention measures, with tasks related to the reconstruction of assets and revocation of seizures.
