Avv. Giuliana Marchese graduated cum laude at the University of Palermo in 2006, where she gained the Degree of Specialization in Legal and Forensic Sciences.
She qualified for the Bar in 2009, shortlisted for the Best Candidate Prize. Her practicing experience counted prestigious law firms, national and international, with a particular focus in Criminal Law. She collaborated with the European Commission, writing a project on the enforcing of the pre-emptive seizure of property in Italy.
During her career she matured experience in EU and International Criminal Law and wrote several articles on Criminal Offences within the context of Construction Law and European Arrest Mandate.
