Dott. Daniela Pacino studied at the University of Palermo, and in 2012 was ERASMUS visiting foreign student at the Universidad de La Coruña (Spain).
She graduated in March 2014. She obtained in July 2015, a LLM in “International Business Law”, for English speaker, at the IE Law School in Madrid.
During this period, she represented the school at the international arbitration contest “Vienna Moot Court”. She also collaborated as start-up legal consultant for “Venture Lab Project”.
She worked at CMS Albiñana & Suárez De Lezo law firm, in Madrid as pre-merger legal consultant.
From September 2015, she starts her pupillage at the KMLegalnet law office, assisting Avv. Valentina Giarrusso in corporate and commercial issues, with particular focus on the international merger and acquisition processes.
In 2016, she earned a master degree in Intellectual Property Rights “IPRs Law” at “Il sole24ore Business School” in Rome. She is fluent in English and Spanish, and she has a good understanding of German and French.
